My Research Question!

Initially, I thought that my research question would simply be 'How does psychotherapy work?'. However, as I research the topic of psychotherapy and went more in depth each time I then realized that maybe my research question should actually be something more specific and "research-worthy".
Therefore, I have then decided to change my research question to 'Why domestic terrorism happen?'. How people are conditioned to do the terrorist acts that they do.I will explore the mental process that occurs within the minds of terrorist based on information from my research, while incorporating psychotherapy as my basis.

Interesting Article!

When I read the article Research Into Practice. It was discussing a longitudinal research on psychotherapy. It said that there was a positive association between dose and effect by a negatively accelerating curve with relatively diminishing returns later in treatment than early in treatment; that is more psychotherapy, the larger the chance of improvement. Basically I took it that the more medicine/dosages of medicine the better they perceive the people to be because they did not return.
I personally do not believe that if someone has a psychological issue medicine is not the way to "fix". It is a bit disturbing because I would think that with psychotherapy there would be more emphasis on communicative help. I strongly believe that medicine and increasing someones dosage of medicine only makes them  become dependent.
